The Crate Escape General Information and Policies
The purpose of The Crate Escape is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating social environment for dogs. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations:
Sex:
All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered
Shots:
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella (canine cough) from your veterinarian.
Health:
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require a veterinarian certificate of health to be admitted or readmitted. All dogs must have proof of a clean fecal exam from your veterinarian. An updated fecal must be done every 6 months.
Behavior:
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember: your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.
Fees:
Daycare Fees are based on a pass plan. A pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Passes are only refunded under special circumstances.
Daycare Passes (*All prices include state sales tax.)
- 1 Day Pass: $25.00
- 5 Day Pass: $112.00 ($22.40/day)
- 10 Day Pass: $212.00 ($21.20/day)
- 20 Day Pass: $415.00 ($20.75/day)
- Half Day or 2nd Dog From Same Family: $17.00/day
* Overnight guests not picked up by 12:00pm will be charged for a daycare day.
Sleepovers
- 1 night: $40.00
- 6+ Nights: $35/Night
- For Additional Dogs Sharing the Same Run: $27.00/Night
- Frequent Boarding Pass - Discounted rate for short stays.
- 10 Nights: $340.00
- 20 Nights: $680.00
Days and Hours:
Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 6:00 pm. We close from 12-1:30 pm daily for naptime. Half Day dogs must be picked up by noon or it is considered a full day. Pets not picked up by closing time will spend the night and be charged a sleepover rate. Saturday 10 am - 4 pm. Closed Sunday, boarding pickup available 8:00am - 9:00am and 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
Reservations:
Recommended for daycare, required for sleepovers. Cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice will be charged full fees.
